Bag filter systems

The NESTRO bag filter type NASF can be equipped with different filter stuff.

In standard the filter are made for exhaust air. The NESTRO bag filters are produced with shaking system for filter cleaning and dry fire fighting device. Optional the filter can be made with filter covering for outdoor use, direct connected fan, sound reducing blower connection as channel bend 90°.

Bag filters can be used for wood dust and shavings and similar materials. NA/T is the name of the new professional filter system with remaining dust certificate of <0,1 mg/m3 to 100% return air without control tests. This type of filter used as positive and also as negative pressure system has a compressed air cleaning system to clean the filter and can therefore be used permanently. While operating the filter the filter bags are cleaned by compressed air from the inside of the filter bags. Bag filters are designed as extendable modular systems.

Advantages of the negative pressure system:

Advantages of the negative pressure system are the complete dust tightness compared to positive pressure systems. The sucked raw gas never get in touch with the fan. Because of this high performance impeller can be used with a high efficiency up to 85%. NESTRO bag filters can also be combined with a automatic feeding system for NESTRO briquetting presses.
