The NESTRO vacuum dust separator are built according the regulations of the german Holz-BG and can be used according to the TRGS 553 for the suction of individual wood dusts and shavings. For plastic, leather, paper, flour dust and similar materials the NESTRO vacuum dust separator can also be used. The filter bags have easily removable supporting springs to maintain the amply dimensioned filter area during operation . The vacuum dust removers are equipped with a differential pressure switch. The NESTRO vacuum dust separators NE 160 Plus, NE 200, NE 250 and NE 300 are built in negative pressure technology. The fan is located after the filter. The raw gas is sucked into the filter and separated in the filter. The impeller is always loaded with clean gas. |
