Machine operation:
The screw conveyor worm carries the material for briquetting to the filling tower, while the material is building up in the filling tower. The conveyor worm stops. In the next step, the briquetting volume is pressed into the compression chamber proper by the pusher.
The pusher remains at its bottom limit position while the pressing cylinder moves forward to press a briquette. When a preset compression value is reached, the gripper opens, and the finished briquette is pushed out.The cycle starts again by closing the gripper and by retracting both the pressing cylinder and the filling cylinder.
