Filter houses

The NESTRO FILTER HOUSE accommodates large filter areas in a very small space. The filter houses are equipped with silo discharge and have large intermediate storage volume.

The advantage is that the chip container can be emptied during normal operation. Emptying by the transport fan saves energy costs due to automatic switching.

The filter houses type NFHSU for vacuum service are made of 4 mm sendzimized, zinc-coated plate and bolted from inside. This construction is very stable and ensures long life. The lifting speed in the filter hoses is kept low. This ensures that the system is fully available even when chip volumes are high.

The motorized return air ducts, including stepless control, including 180° turnround, with type tested throttles for potentially explosive environments, comply with TRGS 553. The use of a fan and several suction tubes (group suction) reduces the energy consumption.
