Jet filters - guaranteed no dust

The jet filter serves as intermediate filter for the separation of dust. It can be used in the untreated or the treated gas pipeline.

At a constant width (2,400 mm), the modular element design can be configured in length steps (1,180 mm). The fully automatic valve control (easy to program) by controller ensures optimum regeneration of the filter system. The filter is cleaned as a function of the differential pressure, which reduces compressed-air consumption to a minimum.

The filter unit consists of a filter plate, filter hoses or filter cartridges and the preseparation chamber. Each element has 45 filter hoses or 45 filter cartridges. The filter area, depending on type and length, is 74-144m2 each element. The filter media are selected according to the materials conveyed and the exit and exhaust air systems. All limits of the German air pollution control act (TA-Luft) are maintained comfortably.

Stability, protection and handling comfort are typical strong points of the jet filter.

The weather enclosure protects the filter from bad weather. It also serves as structural part for the filter hoses. The construction of the filter supports the systematic exit and exhaust air system and the vacuum operation of the equipment. All required openings such as inspection doors, pressure flaps and exhaust sockets are provided. All areas of the equipment are simple and easy to access. This minimizes service costs.
