BRENNARO straw heating system

NESTRO has focused its product development on the conservation of raw materials. Through the separation and preparation of solid waste, reusable recyclable materials are produced with the help of the solutions we provide. With the BRENARO straw heating system existing raw materials in the agricultural sector can be used effectively. The many benefits make the BRENARO straw heating solution the right one for you.

Flexible application

By being installed in a shipping container, the heating system can be implemented at any time, and you can even take it with you to a different location.

Multiple applications

Whether stables, feedlots or residential properties, with a heat output of up to 800 kWh various buildings with different needs can be heated. The integration into an existing heating circuit and using existing technology, such as buffer storage is possible without difficulty.

Environmentally friendly combustion

The burning of the straw only releases the CO2 bound by the straw during its growth period. Consequently, no additional pollution, such as during the burning of fossil fuels, is generated. The remaining ash (about 5% share) does not require costly disposal, it is an equally valuable fertiliser for the land and can be directly recycled.

Operating example 600,000 kWh

Scenario: The annual heating requirement of an agricultural household with farm buildings and additional sources of heat consumption is an average of 3,000 hours of full-load operation with 200 kW burner output.

Analyse:
