Lignothermat biomass furnace

Powerful performance and endurance
The large, easily accessible filling space, the “Lignothermat” boiler, permits an extremely long combustion time of up to 20 hours – without refuelling. Pitch and tar build-up are reliably prevented by the hot lining.
The 2-block design that entirely separates combustion and the heat exchanger along with the patented high-temperature cyclone results in optimised efficiency of up to 91.8%. Low radiant heat loss of approximately 0.66% is achieved thanks to full insulation of the entire system.
Clean and comfortable
The electronically controlled induced draft blower results in trouble-free “cold” boiler start-up. Firing problems and flue gas emissions are excluded. The blower also stabilises burning throughout the combustion period.
Another comfort and safety feature:Low temperature carbonisation gas extraction excludes the possibility of flue gas emissions while refuelling. The “Lignothermat” can be equipped with special turbulators in the heat exchanger ducts as an option. This allows the easy cleaning of the heating surfaces from the outside via a shaker mechanism.
