In our extraction and filter systems there are materials and filter media that are saturated at a certain point in time or that are used up at certain intervals. Then they must be replaced. Please note the specifications regarding regular system checks, change cycles and replacements in your operating instructions.

You can order some of the most common consumables directly from our webshop at any time. You can order or request all other materials directly from your area sales manager or via service(at)nestro.de, stating the type specified on your machine label. After the order confirmation, the delivery usually takes place at short notice directly from the warehouse.
Specification and supply of spare parts
It can happen again and again that components in our machines are no longer functional due to long-term wear and tear, but also due to improper loading. Then they must be replaced immediately. Please note the specifications regarding use and regular system checks in your operating instructions. Original NESTRO spare parts are characterized by the highest quality and their system/application-specific design.
You can request spare parts in writing from your area sales manager or via service(at)nestro.de, stating the type specified on your machine label. A more precise damage analysis may also be required for this.
With a NESTRO maintenance contract, you can have your filter or extraction system checked annually and thus prevent failures as best as possible.
Spare parts packages that are individually put together for you in advance based on our experience can minimize downtimes on your filter or extraction system. Ask your area sales manager.
