Modern production and waste disposal processes require efficient methods of material separation. NESTRO® has been providing essential components for recycling systems for many years. The experience in wind screening and shredding technology is useful here in helping to develop innovative and sturdy solutions for waste separation.
Air Classifiers
NESTRO air classifiers separate particles using an air flow and the relationship between the force of inertia and/or gravity and the drag.
Rotary Valves
NESTRO rotary valves are used to remove dust and chips from filter systems and silo bunkers without pressure.
Separator Airlocks
NESTRO Separator airlocks are used to separate light fractions, which are removed from the air flow.
Sorting Chambers (Ventilation)
NESTRO fresh air systems are equipped with all necessary air duct units and air outlets over the working areas.
Press Containers
NESTRO press containers are reliable compaction machines that are used in the paper and plastics industry as well as in the recycling sector.
Baling Presses
NESTRO horizontal baling presses are ideal for use in industry, manufacturing and waste disposal operations.
Control Technology
In addition to ease of use, the NESTRO LOGIC automation system focuses on evaluating energy and operating data.
Pipe Components
NESTRO provides an entire selection of high quality pipe components as extraction equipment for your systems.
Duct Components
NESTRO provides an entire selection of high quality square duct components for your return-air system or for surface technology.
NESTRO designs, plans and produces dust extraction systems and filter systems for complete recycling plants, air classifiers, heavy/light fraction separators for substitute fuel preparation, ventilation systems for sorting cabins with supply air heating and supply air conditioning and extraction equipment for all dust-producing processes.

Why use a disposal facility?
All waste must be disposed of, but sometimes it can be reused or recycled.
Please get in touch with your personal contact person. He will be happy to visit you in your company.
Which disposal facility is the right one?
If the materials have to be shredded, shredding plants such as chippers are used. Briquetting presses Press containers or baling presses are used to compact recyclable materials. If film and paper have to be disposed of, air classifiers are installed. If the dewatering volume is particularly large, it is also worthwhile to integrate a cyclone pre-separator.
Contact us and we will design the right disposal site for your company's requirements.
How does a disposal plant work?
There is a wealth of plant designs and applications here. A disposal plant must be designed to meet the needs of the relevant industry and the recyclables that are produced. Typically, the plant is made up of various components such as a control system, a pre-separator, a sorting system, separator locks and a press system.
