The NESTRO® jet filter is a premier choice for professional industrial air purification within wood and metal processing facilities. By combining extensive filtration surface areas with an automated compressed-air cleaning system, these advanced jet filters ensure a constant supply of clean air and reliable continuous operation, even when handling extreme dust and chip volumes. By choosing certified filtration technology, companies invest in a long-term solution that prioritizes workplace safety and maximum air purity. The modular architecture of our jet pulse filters allows for seamless integration into diverse production environments. This flexibility makes NESTRO® systems the ideal partner for enterprises with rigorous standards for air quality and operational uptime. Furthermore, the rugged construction of these jet filters facilitates outdoor installation, preserving valuable floor space inside the production hall. Because the maintenance requirements for a high-quality jet filter are kept to a minimum, operators benefit from significantly lower long-term service costs. A key performance driver is the consistent suction power: the filter media are regenerated during active operation via precise, high-pressure air pulses. NESTRO® has long been defined by efficiency, durability, and unmatched reliability in extraction technology. For businesses aiming to future-proof their manufacturing with a dust-free environment, our jet pulse filters provide the perfect technological answer for clean exhaust air and streamlined industrial workflows.
The NESTRO jet filter is used as an intermediate filter to remove various dusts. It may be used on either the clean gas or the raw gas side and is the perfect solution for 24/7 operation.
The modular element design allows the length to be configured in stages (1,180 mm) while the width remains the same (2,400 mm). The fully-automatic valve control with controller guarantees the optimal regeneration of the filter system. Cleaning is performed depending on the differential pressure, which reduces the compressed air consumption to a minimum.
Structure of a jet filter
The filter unit consists of filter plate, filter hoses or filter cartridges and pre-separation chamber. Depending on type and length, the filter area is 74 to 144 m² per element. The choice of filter media is determined by the material to be conveyed and by the exhaust and exhaust air routing. The limit values of the TA-Luft are safely adhered to.
Stability, Protection and Easy Handling
The weatherproof casing protects the filter system against the elements. It also serves as a structural element for hose suspension. The layout and structure permit targeted exhaust and outgoing air flow routeing along with negative pressure operation of the system. Safe and straightforward access to all parts of the system is assured. This minimises service costs.
