New ABB IE5 motors undergoing a stress test
Last week at NETECS Sp. z.o.o., a member of the NESTRO Group, in Olesno, Poland, new synchronous reluctance motors of the highest energy efficiency class IE5 with specially designed frequency converters were put through their paces in cooperation with company ABB. They were connected to specially developed fans designed for the new NE J series of dedusters from NESTRO. Mr. Kostov from ABB AG, Mannheim, was personally on site, and other engineers took part via video conference simultaneously. The supplier had presented the innovative SynRM technology for the first time in 2011. Mariusz Sekienda headed the NETECS team responsible for the development and production of high efficiency fans.
