NESTRO® sanding benches are designed for efficient sanding dust extraction in industrial workshops and manufacturing environments. Available in two sizes, the NST sanding bench series combines powerful dust collection performance with energy-efficient operation, ensuring clean air and optimized working conditions during manual sanding and finishing processes. The large working area of up to 5,400 × 2,400 mm provides maximum freedom of movement, even when processing oversized workpieces. With airflow capacities of 7,500 and 9,500 m³/h, the sanding extraction tables reliably capture fine sanding dust directly at the source and achieve separation efficiencies of up to 95% during pre-sanding and intermediate sanding applications.A key feature of the NESTRO sanding bench system is its low-turbulence, directed airflow technology. This controlled airflow efficiently transports airborne sanding dust into durable and easy-to-clean G4 pocket filter elements, helping maintain a consistently clean and safe workspace while reducing airborne particles in the production area. The integrated recirculating air system with supply air ceiling and M5 filter fleece supports energy-efficient workshop ventilation by returning cleaned air back into the workspace. This reduces heating and operating costs while ensuring a comfortable, low-draught indoor climate that complies with workplace safety regulations.
