Rotary valves in ATEX design, type NZRS
NESTRO rotary valves type NZRS are used for the pressureless discharge of dust and chips from filter systems and silo bunkers. In filter technology, they are installed below discharge systems or discharge screws in order to feed material into a transport pipeline in a metered manner. NESTRO offers it as an eight-cell standard version including a flange for the chute or as a premium version including running monitoring of the rotor. An ATEX-certified lock must always be used,
- if there is a potentially explosive area (a so-called EX zone) inside - e.g. in the filter - and
- a KSt value between 0 and max. 260 bar m/s is assumed.
NESTRO Lufttechnik GmbH at the Schkölen location is type and quality certified for its ATEX-rotary valves of type NZRS Afrom FSA GmbH, Mannheim, in accordance with the European Directive 2014/34/EU. Comprehensive controlling ensures the consistently high quality of our products.
