Through active participation in planned legislation, NESTRO is always up to date in terms of technology and quality, and often a step ahead. Certified According to ISO 9001

All warranties are based on the applicable legal regulations, and if you do have a claim, we are there for you right away. The most important thing for our partners: Using NESTRO solutions in the accustomed NESTRO quality significantly reduces the occurrence of faults – for smooth and cost-effective production processes.

Quality assurance at NESTRO is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. New developments and customer-specific test set-ups are realistically tested on in-house test stands. This approach makes us independent. Our evaluation is based on the stable foundation of our own experience. CAD/CAM/CIM fabrication ensures the best possible dimensional accuracy of the components and systems we produce.

Comprehensive controlling ensures the consistently high quality of our products. We use the latest mobile measuring technology in the companies of our customers.

Within the scope of the project "Innovation Management" the adaptation of the existing quality management system was carried out to the demands of the new norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 effective by the end March, 2016, promoted by the European social fund in the free state of Thuringia.

At its headquarters in Schkölen NESTRO carries out an energetic analysis with regard to the consumption structure in the period of 08/2017 to 10/2017. The Thuringian Aufbaubank (bank for construction purposes) supports this project within the scope of its development programme "GREEN invest" with a subsidy of 80% of the costs capable of allowance. This programme has been co-financed also by the free state of Thuringia within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union.
