With its new JET filter series type NKJ, NESTRO® Lufttechnik offers the woodworking trade a new compact filter in four performance classes. The NKJ consists of just three pre-assembled elements: an upper JET compressed air unit for filter regeneration, a middle filter/fan unit and one of four different lower stand/discharge units. Due to the modular principle, the filter can be quickly installed on any construction site and connected to pipelines and return air ducts. With its footprint of 1.92 x 4.32 m and heights of 3.68 to 5.18 m, the NKJ compact filter is extremely compact and has an excellent price/performance ratio. The internal edging typical of NESTRO® Lufttechnik has high pressure stability and a perfect appearance.
The new space-saving JET filters
With the new JET filter series type NKJ, the woodworking industry has a new, compact device available for outdoor installation. The cleangas filter is available in four performance classes for operating volume flows from 13,000 to 32,000 m³/h with filter areas from 81 to 210 m². Each of the new four filter types consists of just three pre-assembled elements that are simply placed on top of each other and screwed together on site. The stable compact filters with internal edges can be operated permanently with a negative pressure of up to 3,800 Pa.
- Compact JET filter with a minimal space requirement of approx. 8.3 m²
- IE5 drive package consisting of synchronous reluctance motor and frequency converter
- Pre-assembled elements – quick and easy to assemble on site
- Choice of different discharge systems (bins, briquetting, rotary valve, big bag bagging)
- Heat recovery through return air duct
