NESTRO® presented itself in Karlsruhe as leading supplier in the exhaustion of overspray (paint mist) and grinding dust. In the surface technology the request for individual consultation and suitable energy-efficient systems further grows to be able to differentiate in a competitive market. An elaborate planning regarding space and equipment, a perfect conversion with adequate routing of air, exhaustion, filtering and drying as well as regular service and maintenance are the keys here to success.
NESTRO® showed the exhaust-air device OF 75 as an important component of his professional system PAINTLINE on the exhibition stand in a live presentation. Because solvents and paint mist sink to ground due to their higher density, this device exhausts paint particles in ground level with an extraction performance of 7,500 m³/h - the ideal solution for a perfect paintwork. All PAINTLINE systems are laid out upon individual customer data.
