NESTRO is the employer of the future

On January 14, 2025, NESTRO Lufttechnik GmbH was named “Arbeitgeber der Zukunft (“Employer of the Future”) for the third time in a row. The seal was handed over by the Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung (German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, DIIND) under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, as part of a celebratory award ceremony in the Elbkuppelsaal of the Hotel Hafen Hamburg in front of more than 150 invited guests. “The renowned award shows where it is worth applying,” says the DIIND.
In the selection process, every company needs to successfully pass a multi-stage analysis process. Ines Woermann, general manager at DIIND, (left in the picture) presented the award to marketing and sales director Till Uhle (middle). “We are very pleased that we have once again succeeded in receiving this renowned seal, with which we can document the openness to digital progress and the future viability of NESTRO Lufttechnik to young, well-trained people,” said the company representative.
