Trainees 2024

It is currently not easy to find well-trained specialists on the job market who are optimally prepared for the conditions in the company. During vocational training, NESTRO discovers the trainees' talents early on and can promote them in a targeted manner. Young talent provides the company with fresh ideas and the inspiration of a new generation. In the current calendar year, nine new colleagues are undergoing training in Schkölen, from left to right: Laura-Laureen Schauer (industrial management assistant), Lina Klann (office management assistant), Eileen Engler (industrial management assistant), Thaddäus Hellwig (mechatronics engineer), Malte Kral (mechatronics engineer), Maurice André Heller (mechatronics engineer), Dean-Luca Siegfried (industrial management assistant), Justin Kubik (metal technology specialist for construction technology) and Simon Piwetz (technical product designer in machine and system construction).
More information about entry opportunities at NESTRO can be found here.
