Customer satisfaction with NESTRO remains to be good
Within the scope of its quality management NESTRO Lufttechnik has questioned customers around their opinion about performances, processes and employees for the fourth time within the last 8 years. The general judgement was once more 'good'. In both core values 'price-performance ratio' and 'order handling' yet the best marking was given to the enterprise.The risen work-load for the office employees due to order entry growth was negatively noticed by the customers. They suffer - in spite of continuous efforts within the enterprise - e.g. from longer response time. „We intensely work on actively meeting this challenge creating lean processes as well as employing more people“, says Robert Nettelnstroth, NESTRO’s general manager.
