With its sanding benches in two sizes - type NST - NESTRO® Lufttechnik captures fine sanding dust professionally and energy-efficiently. The NST ensures maximum freedom of movement even for large processing pieces on a work surface of up to 5,400 x 2,400 mm. With an air volume of 7,500 or 9,500 m³/h, a separation efficiency of up to 95% is guaranteed for pre- and intermediate sanding, because the dust is effectively bound using a low-turbulence, directed air flow in class G4 pocket filter elements easy to be beaten out. The recirculating air operation of the NST via the supply air ceiling featuring a class M5 filter fleece saves the user energy costs and ensures a pleasant, low-draught indoor climate in compliance with workplace regulations.
The NESTRO sanding benches NST ensure that a large area is kept free of dust, as well as ensuring maximum freedom of movement in the work area, thanks to its airflow of up to 9,500 m³/h with a power consumption of just 4 kW. The low-turbulence and targeted continuous airflow effectively transports the grinding dust into the filter elements.
